Super thorough, and took the time to explain everything to us in easily understood language, for us non real estate professionals. She spent a lot of time with us, and didn't ever seem like she had to rush off to other clients or anything, we felt like she was there for us. During walkthroughs of various open houses, she would point out small details that I would have missed on my own, and made sure to follow up with any that might be concerns to ensure that we were looking at everything. As this my first real estate purchase, I really relied on Samantha's knowledge and expertise. She was great at asking questions I wouldn't have thought to ask and giving me a clear overview of the next steps in the buying process. Samantha has been absolutely incredible. We had been working with her for 3+ years house hunting before we were finally able to close on a house.
